Carolyn Sergeant, who died in 2018, is well known for her delicately observed botanical still lives in jewel like colours.  She studied at the Wimbledon School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools where she met and married her fellow student John Sergeant.  She exhibited widely, including at the Leicester Galleries, and the Fine Art Society where she had a solo exhibition in 2003.
